IDENTIDADE JOVEM: PALESTRA DI GIOVANI LEADER BRASILIANI

“Identitade jovem” (“Identità della gioventù”) è un progetto di formazione umanistica dei giovani, portato avanti da più di 20 anni nel “Centro Internazionale di Arti Umanistiche e Cultura Recanto Maestro”, nel sud del Brasile. Il progetto è ancorato alla pedagogia ontopsicologica, il cui scopo pratico – come scrive Antonio Meneghetti, fondatore e caposcuola dell'Ontopsicologia - è “incentivare ogni persona a fare e conoscere se stessa: per una pedagogia di sé come persone leader nel mondo (…) con abilità e comportamenti vincenti che comunque devono essere investiti per l’aiuto e il bene del sociale”.

Il progetto è stato presentato con grande successo da una delegazione di giovani brasiliani a Ginevra, presso il Palazzo delle Nazioni Unite, nel corso dell' evento «The new BRIC's Youth Generation and their future social responsability in the globalised world», organizzato dall'Associazione Internazionale di Ontopsicologia.

Un guru che raccoglie adepti in giro per il mondo? No, uno scienziato che insegna a cogliere le opportunità che offre la vita e a sfruttarle per il bene comune.

The school of a Leader

Undoubtely, being a leader today is one of the main characteristics of individuality, and that is also a huge goal. The word leader has many meanings, and it often implies a lack of correspondence between the meaning and the subject who represents it.
After being a successful therapist for years, at the beginning of the 80s Antonio Meneghetti decided to develop the field of leadership according to the ontopsychological school (see the book “The psychology of a leader”).
According to Antonio Meneghetti, “whatever his field of action may be – financial, economical, political, entrepreneurial, medical, etc., a leader is a providence of the spirit in the world, and as such he can help people. He is the one who, through his own successful egoism, achieves social good for everybody. In so doing, he creates wealth and helps thousands of people, being a stimulus for society and helping progress”.
These are the bases on which Professor Antonio Meneghetti created a school for the training of leaders who operate in many social fields (politics, economics, art, etc) through the authentication of the intellectual and creative potential.
The best way of training is the Residence, i.e. a residential stage which lasts a few days, with theoretical and practical lessons, on contact with a clean nature.
